Registration Policy

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations for any reason.

Transfers are permitted. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us before the class date. Please provide the replacement participant's name and contact information; they must also fill out a waiver and photo release.

Farmhouse Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class date.

Payment

All class fees are due at the time of booking. A credit card processing fee equal to Stripe's standard rate (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) is added at checkout. Prices are listed per person unless otherwise noted.

Private Events

Private party bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Final headcount and balance are due prior to the event date.

Health, Safety & Allergens

You are responsible for disclosing any known allergies or medical conditions prior to class participation. Our classes involve heat, sharp knives, and common food allergens (including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and shellfish); we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
