Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a class or purchasing any service from Farmhouse Academy Collective, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are booking on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor.

2. Class Bookings and Payment

• All class fees are due at the time of booking.
• A credit card processing fee equal to Stripe's standard rate (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) is added at checkout.
• Prices are listed per person unless otherwise noted.
• Coupon codes may be applied at checkout and are subject to availability and expiration dates.

3. Registration Policy

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations for any reason.

Transfers are permitted. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us before the class date. Please provide the replacement participant's name and contact information; they must also fill out a waiver and photo release.

Farmhouse Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class date.

4. Health, Safety, and Allergens

• You are responsible for disclosing any known allergies or medical conditions prior to class participation.
• Farmhouse Academy classes involve the use of heat, sharp knives, and common food allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
• Participants attend at their own risk.

5. Waiver and Release of Liability

By participating in any Farmhouse Academy class or event, you (and any minor participants you register) agree to hold harmless and release Farmhouse Academy Collective, its owners, staff, and instructors from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation. You accept the inherent risks of cooking activities voluntarily.

6. Photo and Media

Farmhouse Academy may photograph or video record classes for promotional use. You may opt out of photo and media releases at the time of booking.

7. Private Events

Private party bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Final headcount and balance are due prior to the event date. Specific terms will be provided at the time of booking.

8. Code of Conduct

Farmhouse Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a safety risk, without a refund.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
